Renewal and cancellation
Renews at $435 every 3 months. Cancel before a shipment is sent to the pharmacy and you are not charged for it.
Semi-annual and annual plans are billed up front. If you cancel early, you are refunded what you paid, less the months already used at the standard monthly price ($175/mo).
