Annual and Semi-Annual plans: if you cancel before your term is complete, you'll be charged the prorated difference between your discounted rate and the standard monthly price for the months you used. Annual and Semi-Annual pricing is discounted for committing to the full term. If you cancel before that term ends, we recalculate the months you used at our standard monthly price instead of your discounted rate, and charge you the difference. What's your refund policy?

Once a prescription is approved and sent to the pharmacy for fulfillment, that shipment is final and non-refundable — including medication, shipping, platform access, and consultation fees for that shipment. If a licensed provider reviews your intake and determines you're not eligible for treatment before any prescription is issued, you'll receive a full refund. There is a very limited window to cancel or correct intake information before your prescription is sent to the pharmacy — text message is the fastest way to reach us.

If you're on an Annual or Semi-Annual plan, this applies only to installments you've already received — future, not-yet-approved installments are simply never charged if you cancel. Canceling before your term is complete does mean we recalculate the price of installments you've already received at the standard monthly rate instead of your discounted rate, and charge you the difference — see "What happens if I cancel an Annual or Semi-Annual plan early?" below for how that's calculated.
